Don't Turn Me From Your Door, originally released in 1963, showcases rare tracks from the early career of John Lee Hooker; printed with the French cover and pressed on yellow vinyl. The early 70s reissue, retitled Detroit Special, adds four additional tracks to the original list, including Don't Turn Me From Your Door, and Drifting Blues. Experience the legendary sound and rare recordings that solidified Hooker's iconic status in blues history! Only 2000 copies of this has been made. Grading is by visual inspection only. I never rate anything as mint, that is just the way I look at things as there might be a slight imperfection I cannot see. Near mint is the highest I grade. I do my best to package everything as best I can. Unfortunately small things may happen in shipping like minor bumps to the sleeve or seam splits. Inner sleeve seam splits are not considered defective unfortunately. That is not covered by any insurance through the shipping company. If you would like the record taken out of the sleeve, please let me know and I will ship it that way for you. If on the rare time the item arrives broken, that is covered. Please send pictures if that has happened.
