This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of John Coltrane “Coltrane” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7105. The flat rim playing surface is in near-new condition with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once; “Not for Sale” stamped on the Side B label. The laminated West 50th Street cover is in excellent condition; the back slick shows age toning and a discoloration at the top; “Not for Sale” stamped on the left edge. Glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Sahib Shihab, Mal Waldron, Paul Chambers, and Al Heath. $300.00.
