This is the Van Gelder-etched mono pressing (no “P”, no deep groove) of Hank Mobley “And His All Stars” on the New York 23/West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 1544. The playing surface is in new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once. The coated reverse-frame West 63rd St. cover is in virtually new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect – with sharp corner and unworn seams. Personnel include Milt Jackson, Horace Silver, Doug Watkins, and Art Blakey. $300.00.
