The jacket is in somewhat poor condition - the spine is fully split and the top edge is split about halfway from the right to the left.  The record was stored without an inner sleeve.  It looked to be in excellent condition, notwithstanding.  Perhaps a few very light scratches, but it looks great and quite playable particularly for a 1953 heavier LP.  ULTRA RARE!!  I find it curious that this folk singer's name was spelled differently in later albums, with a hyphen and two "t"s, as in Richard Dyer-Bennett.
