Because of work commitments I am normally able to post only on a Thursday and Saturday,  although I try to post on Tuesdays as well,
and accept Paypal and cheque as payment.
I take great pride in the service I offer, as you can see from my feedback comments, which are very important to me.
Please bear in mind when leaving feedback that I have no control over the postal service in terms of when they deliver
or the condition an item arrives in.
I normally quote for 2nd class postage to keep costs down, but obviously that means a longer delivery time.
If you would like first class postage please ask before paying and I will send a revised invoice.
I will send recorded post if item sells for £20 or more, and special delivery if sale price is £46 or more.
I pack my items very well, and always obtain a proof of postage for the buyer to be able to submit a claim should the item be lost or damaged.
I use a mixture of new and recycling packaging, which is reflected in the postage and packaging charge.
I will confirm when I am posting an item and have sent it, as I feel it is important to keep the buyer up to date,
and if you have any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to contact me during or after the auction. I will do my best to answer them.
I would ask buyers to pay within 3 days of the end of the auction, and to contact me if there is a problem.
I am very accommodating, but need to be kept informed.
