I package all 12' inch LP records in LP boxes  made just for LP records very nice and secure 7' Records  are packed between 2 pieces of cardboard on each side and put into a mailer. All records are shipped with the record outside the cover

CANADA shipping and handling is $12.00 - first record $4.00 each additional sent first class international  with tracking number
