Hi everyone -- 5 day auction here. Up for grabs is the mega-rare, original UK LP issue of Dion's critically-acclaimed 1975 album "Born To Be With You." Produced by the legendary Phil Spector and released on the producer's own Phil Spector International Records. Catalog number: 2307 002. The LP was only released in the UK, quickly going out of print, and has never been reissued on vinyl since.

I'm a private collector, and my home is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. The vinyl itself grades as unplayed, Near Mint condition using applicable Goldmine and Record Collector visual grading standards. I decided to open this beauty myself after owning it, sealed, for many years (i.e. records imported in the 1970s were sold in the US in loose shrink wrap by companies such as Jem Imports). You can view what's left of the recently removed import shrink in my last photo included here...lol. Thus, no marks to the LP. No scratches. No spindle trails on the labels. As noted...never played. Pristine!

The cover grades a Very Good Plus with only some light fraying to the top edge (no splits), some minor edge or corner wear, a small single crease "ding" on the front cover and a small single rear corner edge ding as well. Also included is the original lyric sheet insert. Needless to say, it's hard enough to find one of these pressings in any condition, let alone near mint, unplayed vinyl.
