 This is a U.K. FIRST pressing released in 1970 on the Dawn label(6360 014) and includes an excellent copy of the rare insert.

 

The matrix numbers are:- DNLS 3019 A-3 & DNLS 3019 B-3(STAMPED MATRIXES) .THESE ARE THE EARLIEST EVER. A FANTASTIC COPY.

 

ORIGINAL UK EARLIEST EARLIEST 1ST PRESS FROM 1971 ON THE ORIGINAL UK "DAWN DNLS.3019" RECORDS LABEL. I PURCHASED THIS ALBUM IN1971 FOLLOWING SEEING THE BAND LIVE IN ILFORD. IT HASN'T BEEN PLAYED VERY OFTEN AND HENCE IS IN EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT CONDITION. IT IS FROM A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT AND HAS BEEN LOOKED AFTER.

THIS COPY IS AN ORIGINAL UK 1ST PRESS WITH THE "MATT"FOLD OUT COVER AND INCLUDES THE VERY RARE INSERT.

RECORD CONDITION: EXCELLENT- (IT HAS BEEN PLAYED AND THERE AREJUST A FEW VERY MINIMAL HAIRLINES UNDER STRONG LIGHT, PLAYS SUPERB)

The vinyl is in a lovely, clean and shiny EXCELLENT condition. Examined under a bright table lamp and there are a fewlight surface marks noticeable, but nothing serious. I have played the whole of both sides and they play fine and sound great. Far better than a cd!

COVER CONDITION: EX (MATT FOLD OUT COVER, THERE IS JUST MINIMAL,NORMAL WEAR' As you can see from the photo's the cover is in excellentcondition - the lettering on the spine is visible - the only small downside isa minor mark where the price once was (top right)

INSERT: EXCELLENT (JUST SOME NORMAL SIGNS OF USE, SEE PICS)

Record Collector Magazine Grading Guide: "MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
