For Sale is one (1) Jerry Lewis 45 rpm 10" Metal Acetate record "Happy Face". One-Sided Metal Acetate recording. The record and labels are fairly clean, record still retains some of its original luster, with numerous light+ play wear and light surface slide marks/scratches, writing on the label, an excellent play, and graded VG MINUS to VG condition.
