Gatefold has light corner wear, even lighter edge wear, no splits, no rings. Previous owner name stamped in red on inside gatefold and on back of jacket, also wrote some information in pencil (date, etc). Records stored in original ATCO inner sleeves and look great - no scratches seen and easily rated as NM.
