10" LP Record & Jacket/Sleeve cleaned by seller. Non-smoking. Record very good+: clean; plays well. Jacket/Sleeve good+: front light stain; bottom edge one inch split and rubbing; top and left edges light wear; corner wear; back age stain and paper overlay is peeling especially right side (very readable---no print missing). 
Album will be carefully packaged and shipped in a sturdy record mailer.
