MANLY P HALL My Philosophy of Life 10" pvt record 1956 speech lecture mysticism   Description Scarce vintage 10-inch 33 rpm record: MANLY P. HALL - MY PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE - Basic Convictions on Essential Principles of Richer Personal Living - "A statement of Manly P. Hall's own creed and the ideals upon which his career has been built"; issued by his organization, The Philosophical Research Society, Los Angeles, CA, as record number 101. Recorded in Hollywood (no printed date, but it was 1956); includes a small order blank with Society address. Manly Palmer Hall (1901-1990) was the founder of the Philosophical Research Society and was a scholar of mysticism; he was an extremely prolific writer and lecturer who self-published and self-produced most of his work through the society he founded. His best-known work is "The Secret Teachings of All Ages".
CONDITION: VG/VG+ (still has gloss, with some minor-to-moderate scuffing and a few very soft scratches; plays well with occasional minor background ticks; sleeve has small scuff/spot to cover, clean blank back cover, one corner wrinkle; top edge is mostly split, but bottom edge and spine are clean).
