Payment

We are and payment must be made by PayPal. Please ensure your postal address is correct and up to date before submitting your payment.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. We package vinyl records in corrugated cardboard mailers with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. If you would like us to package a record outside of its outer sleeve to prevent seam splits, please send us a message on the checkout page. CDs and cassettes are packaged in heavy duty padded envelopes or corrugated cardboard mailers.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 10am on Monday to Saturday will usually be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10am on Saturday will be dispatched on the next working day.

We offer three UK delivery options: Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail 1st Class, and Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. For international orders, we offer two delivery options: Royal Mail International Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Returns

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items and obtain proof of postage. Please note we are unable to refund return postage costs.
