- made in the U.S.A. - matrix / run-out [A-side run-out, etched (variation 2)]: CPLP- 4500 AS - 2LW P17 LW [sideways]
- matrix / run-out [B-side run-out, etched (variation 2)]: CPLP- 4500 B SB - 255 LW [sideways]
- 1st issue gatefold sleeve:- - front cover: circular cut-out in sleeve, revealing rotating 'clockwork image' card insert, through which the band members can be viewed on a further inserted full-colour backing sheet - inside: uncensored image of nude girl [a bikini was used to censor a U.S.  version of this album, cat suffix 'X'] - text inside: 'Mfg. by Grand Award Record Co., Inc., a subsidiary of ABC Records Inc. 1330 Avenue of the Americas, New York, N.Y. 10019.' 
- track timings on labels differ to those on inside sleeve
- on the spine 'Command/Probe' appears, on the label it is 'Command/ABC Records/Probe'
- on the labels the side indications are 'Side 1' and 'Side 2' and the cat.# is suffixed with 'A' and 'B' :
VINYL: GOOD - clean undamaged labels, mild spindle marking, professionally machine cleaned vinyl - the occasional fine hairline surface marks, plays well overall but has the occasional patch of mild surface crackle, the odd pop, some sustained mild clicks due to marks on the vinyl - no skips or jumps
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD - clean & solid structure, 98mm split to top rear of gatefold [see photo] - mild edge scuffs, a little edge fade too, bumped corner with resulting mild creases, some mild knocks elsewhere - die-cut front & wheel in excellent condition : POSTAGE & PACKING:
