Every record we send is ultrasonically cleaned with a professional record cleaning machine. This process removes decades worth of contaminants and dirt, restoring the sound to as clear as possible. It is then placed in a brand new rice paper liner (the original liner is always included if present), the record and sleeve are then encased in the highest quality plastic outer to keep them as clean as possible. We dedicate vast amounts of time and resources to this process, all in an effort to ensure the customer receives the highest standard of service and product possible.
