Gatefold Cover With a 12-Page Bound-In Booklet

The sleeve, bound in booklet, and the vinyl are all in pristine like new condition.  This appears to have never been played.

The only minor issue I can see is in the 8th picture above, you can see where some of the blue ink from Elvis' shirt has transferred to the white margin on the opposite page from sitting closed for so many years.

Otherwise, this is the nicest example of this LP that I have seen

In addition to the original album, this listing also includes a clipping regarding Elvis from 1980 as well as a small card with the original purchaser's name, purchase date (Thursday, November 21, 1957), the original purchase price ($5.18 after tax) and the original price tag from F.W. Woolworth CO. showing the retail price of $4.98.  When was the last time you saw a Woolworth's price tag?  Kind of a cool addition to this listing in my opinion.

I am fully aware that I have this listed at a high asking price.  I feel that it is reasonable due to it's remarkable condition.  Feel free to make an offer and let's see if we can come to an agreement.
