I am a vinyl record buff but I do not have anything that will play 78's. These records appear well cared for and I do not see any reason they would not be playable. I received them packed upright in boxes with pride and care.
This jazz album was issued in 1940 (the accompanying pamphlet was copyright in 1940). I am amazed the pamphlet has not been lost over the years. The pamphlet gives background information on each of these recordings, some of which were recorded as early as the 1920's.
