So, a hell of a lot of rare and collectable items such as out-of-print original records, first pressings, special editions, promo samples, white labels, test pressings, magazines, posters, catalogues, memorabilia and other fetish objects of desire in 5, 7, 10 and 12 inches not only from Greece but from all over the world are going to be exhibited through these pages … Turn on and stay tuned!

So, this is a STILL SEALED original issue  - imported in Greece by the local department of MINOS / EMI and in perfect shape as it does have its IFPI security strip and shrink still intact - of the rare and very hard to find - transferred from analogue tapes by Ron Hill, remastered at Abbey Road Studios by Peter Mew, designed by Philip Lloyd-Smee, painted by Geoff Ulph, researched, compiled and produced by Tim Chacksfield with liner notes by Brian Hogg - “Harvest Festival” compilation set that contains 5 [five] compact discs with the Harvest yellow and green label - housed in a 12 inch x 12 inch / 120-page / 4-colour hardback “coffee table” book with photos, credits, essays, discography and each CD stored safely inside of the front & back cover -  that EMI manufactured in a limited edition in the European Union with Cat no 7243 5 21198 2 0 and released throughout UK and Europe in the summer of 1999, just in time to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the label! The 5 cds - with a running time of almost 6 hours and a half - contain 97 in total stand - out tracks and hidden gems of the label’s repertoire covering its output from 1969 to 1979 with musical contributions from Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Kevin Ayers, ELO, Syd Barrett, Michael Chapman, The Pretty Things, Pete Brown, Barclay James Harvest, Roy Harper, Be-Bop Deluxe, Edgar Broughton Band, Third Ear Band, Tea & Symphony, Forest, Quatermass, Bakerloo, Move, Babe Ruth, Gryphon, Greatest Show On Earth, Saints, Wire, Matumbi and over 30 other acts. The set also includes interviews with some of the artists, producers, engineers, managers and record company employees involved and a selection of photographs, adverts and memorabilia that illustrate the label's heyday. Deleted upon release, this difficult to find in this kind of shape and a rare must - have item for every devoted fan of the innovative and fearless label that Harvest was in those years, does not get offered up so often! Grading: I use the GOLDMINE standards for grading STRICTLY &  CONSERVATIVELY   the condition of the items listed.

                 The grading is mostly visual, though I dο 'spot check' each of the songs.
