PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND MAKE SURE TO AGREE BEFORE ORDERING :

- When an item its "Free Postage" regular postage its included in the price, but to avoid  complications, all orders will have to be sent registered with tracking number.. this means an amount of 2,90 € will be added to the total.    So, please await for invoice before paying !!

- To keep it as low as possible, CDs and Cassettes will be sent without plastic cases, but well protected, obviously... if you really want your item sent with case just specify it and you will receive a new invoice including these additional costs.

- When ordering one t-shirt, postage paid its the same for all up to 500 grams, so if you wish to add a 2nd t-shirt or something of similar weight, feel free to do it as postage will remain the same as for just one and beside this you will get free registration with tracking.

- DELIVERY TIME :  Orders are usually sent shortly after payment being received.. due personal matters, we go to the post office 2-3 times per week..  In the case of CDs, LPs etc these are being sent in a matter of 1-3 days and when it comes to t-shirts it might take up to 6 days to have 'em in the mail,  so please be patient !!

- ONCE RECEIVED ORDER:  We're doing all possible to offer a most accurate service possible and we're looking to receive highest feedback possible, so if by any matter when you're received your order there is something you're not pleased with, before leaving a negative or neutral feedback or a low detailed rating, please get in touch in order to find a solution to your problem.  Thanks !
