RARE, COLLECTABLE VINYL LP RECORD
"THE GRATEFUL DEAD"
RECORDED LIVE IN CONCERT
ORANGE LABELS, JUST SAYS  "TRADE MARK OF QUALITY" WITH A CARTOON PICTURE OF A PIG IN SUNGLASSES!
ACTUAL TRACK LISTING, HOWEVER, IS HAND WRITTEN, SO I DON'T KNOW IF MAYBE THIS IS AN UNOFFICIAL PRESSING?
THE COVER SLEEVE IS VERY THICK, STRONG CARD, VERY PALE BLUE, PLAIN ON BOTH SIDES.  OVER THE FRONT IS A LARGE PINK STICKER, WITH A PICTURE OF LEAD SINGER JERRY GARCIA WITH HIS ARMS FOLDED, ANDTHE NAME
"GRATEFUL DEAD" RECORDED LIVE IN CONCERT
ONE ---- SUGAR MAGNOLIA 5:36 GOOD LOVIN' 13:25
TWO ---- I KNOW YOU RIDER 8:36 CASEY JONES 4:57 UNCLE JOHN'S BAND 6:02
TRADE MARK OF QUALITY (WITH PIG LOGO)
THE VINYL ISELF IS A GOOD QUALITY THICK BLACK VINYL, WITH ORANGE LABELS. THE LABELS ARE PRINTED IN BLACK WITH "TRADE MARK OF QUALITY" AND THE PIG LOGO, AND SIDE 1 OR 2. ALSO, ALL RIGHTS OF MANUFACTURE...... IS PRINTED AROUND THE EDGE. THEN THE TRACK LISTINGS ARE ALL WRITTEN BY HAND IN BLACK BALLPOINT PEN.
THE TRACK LISTINGS ARE WRITTEN THE SAME AS ON THE FRONT COVER, EXCEPT SIDE ONE HAS TRACK 1 AS- (1) CHINA CAT SUNFLOWER I KNOW YOU RIDER WHEREAS THE COVER JUST HAS "I KNOW YOU RIDER" OTHERWISE THE SAME.
MATRIX SIDE ONE- SIDE A , A SCRIBBLED OUT ETCHED AREA WHICH LOOKED LIKE IT SAID 'NIEL 77' THEN 1820-1 ETCHED UNDERNEATH
MATRIX SIDE TWO-  SIDE B, THE SAME SCRIBBLED OUT BIT, THEN  1820-2 ETCHED UNDERNEATH.
THE CARDBOARD SLEEVE SHOWS SOME WEAR AND RUBBING, AND AGE DISCOLOURATION AROUND THE EDGES. THE ORIGINAL WHITE INNER SLEEVE IS TANNED AND A BIT CREASED.  THE VINYL ITSELF IS VERY GOOD, HAS NUMEROUS LIGH SURFACE SCRATCHES BUT NOTHING DEEP. LABELS ARE EXCELLENT.
A RARE RECORDING FOR ANY GRATEFUL DEAD FAN, UNDATED,  BUT I WOULD GUESS VERY EARLY SEVENTIES.
