I've listened to the whole of the album and there are no jumps or scratches on the vinyl and it is physically in near mint condition.
I'd classify the outer sleeve as being in Excellent condition although there is some minor wear at the open edge.
The inner sleeve as near mint.
The CD booklet as near mint although there is some slight creasing on the cover.
I'll post it in a large box to guarantee there there is no damage in transit.
