This is Japan original issue 28MM0152. Together with OBI band and very rare AD paper made by record company. AD paper was titled [ The Heavy Metal Vol. 4 Rainbow ].

SLEEVE CONDITION : Overall in nice looking. Some lines at bottom area of rear side only. Please see photo and check.

OBI CONDITION : Great !!

VINYL CONDITION : No sign of use. Very hard to find this condition !! ( Visually graded only )

INSERT CONDITION : a insert with English lyrics and a AD paper. Both in fine condition.

Communication : ENGLISH ONLY.
