This is a recording produced by the Library of Congress, Music Division, Recording Laboratory. It is fully titled, "Anglo-American Shanties, Lyric Songs, Dance Tunes and Spirituals" from the Archive of Folk Song, edited by Alan Lomax. This record was from a Junior High School in the Washington DC metropolitan area decades ago, but it doesn't look like the record itself was played very much. First the jacket - there is the pocket in front, a sticker on front and on back, and on the record label. The jackets otherwise have light corner and edge wear, no marks, rings, or splits. The records was stored in in a plain white inner sleeve with plastic lining; it looks to be in excellent playable condition, with perhaps a light scratch or two. I'll grade it VG++.
