This is Verve Records V-8618, Bill Evans Trio '65, a deep groove, black "t" label, original mono issue of this classic record with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition, showing a few light hairline / sleeve marks and playing quietly throughout. The gate-fold cover has some shelf wear and 7" of clear tape on the top seam of the back fold, but is otherwise intact. The labels show no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included as well. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful original mono issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP-12 with the mono button engaged.
