Hi, and thanks for checking out my auctions. First things first, I am not usually a record seller. I recently bought a house and these are records left behind by the previous owner who was in the music business. I am not familiar with the official grading parameters of record and sleeve condition. I will do my best to grade and photograph them accurately and be open to any questions you may have. Therefore, I request that if you have dealbreaker issues and very specific requirements regarding grading, please keep my inexperience in mind.

Regarding this particular record: name of previous owner written in the corner of the sleeve. Some very minor stains and ring impression. Inside the outer cardboard sleeve is printed with a floral design. Inner paper sleeve is very good. Record has minor surface marks and nothing that looks like it would interfere with normal enjoyment of this kickass album.
