Here we have a 1965 single from The Tornados called Stingray b/w Aquamarina.The record is the band`s take on the two Barry Gray classics which originated in the Gerry Anderson children`s tv classic.The record was produced by the legendary Joe Meek and has his Meeksville Sound credit on the label.The record has been played maybe three or four times over the years and has been hanled carefully.The record has four small areas ,three on the A side and one on the B which are near the intros of line shaped marks which were there when the record was bought new (they are very small and measure only about half inch in width)They do not affect sound quality so I believe they are pressing marks.Other than this the record is in excellent condition and plays through nicely,as I say despite its age its not been on a turntable often and has been looked after.
