Did not come sealed (import 45s usually don't when sold in the USA). Housed in clear vinyl sleeve. Please Note: I do not used the Mint grade unless item is sealed. Comments: Scorpions UK Picture Disc with Backing Insert 45 rpm 7" single from 1999 of "To be No. 1". This is a Radio Edit version. B-side is "Mind Like A Tree". Tracks originally from the "Eye To Eye" release.

If your country is on the DELCON list (subject to verification that this service is still available to your destination) - I will ship items up to $100 in value via FIRST CLASS AIRMAIL which includes tracking at no extra cost. For items over $100 shipped to DELCON list countries shipping will be via International Express Mail. Please Note: Cost of item(s) will appear in full on customs declaration. Many NON-DELCON list countries in Western Europe and also Japan - I will ship items via US Postal Service First Class Airmail that are less than $60 in value.
