Record on the back notes: "Printed in Holland for Promotional Use Only" but to my knowledge, this is likely an unoff. release (like all Maiden Picture Discs starting with a PLP-... code) pressed in Germany (or UK), in 2007. No more than 500 copies of this title have been globally released.
