This album is in very nice condition. The outer sleeve has very little scuffing, it's about as good as can be considering it's age. I have kept it in a protective plastic covering for as long as I've had it which has been about 20 years. It has it's original inner sleeve and the record itself is in very nice condition with no scratches or scuffs.
