This is a 1965 printing of a "revised" edition of the classic book by Royal Graff "You Can Learn To Speak", with an introduction by Earl Nightingale: we believe the"revised" title refers to the fact that this printing included the well known record "The Strangest Secret" by Earl Nightingale. 

This record was not added by a previous owner: from what we could gather, checking the sleeve and the way it was glued to the inside of the hard cover, it was put there at the moment the book was printed.
At any rate, the record is there and it is in very good condition, probably never played. The book itself is also in good condition, with just minimal wear, but the dust jacket was ripped in a corner and damaged by glue: that is the cause of the brownish stain you see on the front  (pic # 1) and on the very top of the dust cover on the back, visible on pic # 8.
Fortunately, that glue was never in contact with the hard cover material, as you can confirm by checking the pics of the hard cover without the dust jacket: pics # 6 and # 12, front and back. The spine was not affected either, see pic # 5.
