Vintage lp: THE VELVET UNDERGROUND - LOADED - original Monarch pressing, Cotillion, SD 9034, pressed at Monarch with MO on label and in runout, with the Cotillion/Embryo inner sleeve. Deadwax reads: ST-CTN-702029-AA MO   (MD)   AT   (triangle)15357   ab (in cursive);  ST-CTN-702030-AA MO   (MD)   AT   (triangle)15351-1   ab (very small, in cursive). Released in 1970. 

Condition is EX/EX (glossy vinyl is EX with several soft surface scuffs and small hairlines; clean inner sleeve; jacket is EX with a spot/stain to top-left corner, minor bumping to one corner, and very minimal rubbing to corners).
