All vinyl is cleaned with Spin Clean (yes it matters, even new vinyl has dust and dirt)
PLEASE write with any questions.  I am a casual collector, not a professional grader, but I carefully examine each album and play samples of all albums to listen to the audio quality (granted I don't own a professional audio system).  If they have scuffs or marks, I play through them and normally do not sell anything that plays poorly (unless noted).  
CAREFULLY examine pics!  I provide basic information but there could be a cosmetic flaw or little writing. What at you see is what you get.  I include pics of all covers and labels, some may be pressed in Canada (according to Discogs, this can be a good thing, some labels used better quality vinyl). 
Playing LP's is critical to proper grading. Sometimes vinyl looks poor but plays great, and vice versa.  I'm happy to provide more info and send more pics if you want.
I grade vinyl by the following:

NEW (duh) Record is new, still sealed.

NM (near mint); Record is like new, maybe played a couple of times, does not affect the quality of the sound.

EX (excellent); Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but almost no surface noise. 

VG+ (very good plus); Record has been played more times, it has more marks & some light surface noise only during quiet moments, no skips. 

VG (very good); Record has been played many times, has more surface noise, but does not skip while playing. 

G (good); Record is in poor condition, surface noise is constant.
