This unique item has been in my house for several years. I found it in my record collection as I was getting ready to move.
As listed, it's a blue vinyl limited edition (#356 of 500) 45rpm record from Jason Webley. The included note says:
Side A performed live on KUOW for 'The Beat' on August 17, 2001. Engineered by Doug Paterson.
Side B recorded in the basement.
I checked KUOW's impressive online archive and they have Webley having performed there on August 24, 2001. I've included a screenshot of that listing.
