This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped pressing of Webster Young “For Lady” on the yellow and black West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7106. Although the playing surface has nice luster and shows no groove wear, there is a hairline that produces tics in Side 1, Tracks 1-2; Side 2 plays flawlessly. The laminated West 50th St. cover shows wear at the upper left and lower right corners; water stain on the back slick, at the top and sides.
Personnel include Paul Quinichette, Mal Waldron, Joe Puma, Earl May, and Ed Thigpen.
