This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched “P” pressing of Jutta Hipp “With Zoot Sims” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 1530. The flat rim playing surface has a beautiful luster; however, there are tics on the first track of Sides 1 and 2 and at the end of Track 2 on Side 2; a few light inaudible scuffs/handling marks overall. The music is bright and clear throughout with no hint of groove wear. The coated frame Lexington Avenue cover is bright and clean; light rubbing along the top seam and spine; the bottom seam shows rubbing, superficial wear and a closed 1” break at the opening; small sticker adhesive stain at the lower left corner of the back slick.
