THIS IS THE ONE, THE RARE, FIRST EDITION OF WALT DISNEYS STORY AND SONG from THE HAUNTED MANSION. A young Ron Howard is Mike on the record. Includes a magnificent full-color 11 page attached booklet. On Disneyland Records, Gatefold, ST-3947, Mono 1969. A spoken word album that is very scary, with some songs that will captivate the unsuspecting listener. The album/sleeve is VG+ with some edge, corner and ring wear. There is a name written on the inside of cover and on back at top right. . Colored page are still attached and in VG+ condition. The record is VG. There is spindle wear. There are scuffs, mars and tiny scratches that create some light static at times. However, the dialogue is strong and clear, and most of the time you may not notice. I did not that static to be a distraction to enjoying this almost 50 year old record. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE, THE BEST OF ALL DISNEYLAND RECORDS.
