My Husband & I buy Storage Units for a living, So pretty much everything I list comes from other homes, I do not know if it comes from smokers, pet owners etc... All clothing is washed in Tide Pods & Downy Fabric Softener. I will not list anything I would not wear myself, I only list good quality clothing! If there are any flaws I try my best to describe each item, but occasionally I do miss something:) 
I Ship with United States Postal Service, either Priority mail or First Class Mail, I will not ship books Media Mail unless it is a huge over sized Hardback. Media mail & Parcel Post take way to long to get to it's destination and a lot of the time, it's damaged. I ship within 24 hours in most cases, except on weekends and Holiday's. Our little Rural post office closes at 12:00 everyday, and does not accept packages on a Saturday. So anything after 11:00 am PST will ship the next day:)

I do accept returns within 14 days, but I do not refund the shipping amounts unless I have made a mistake, and the buyer pays for shipping the item back to me.
Please Note: I try my best to list every flaw in an item, I will Tell you in the description, I will photograph it also, BUT occasionally I can miss something, if I do, I will do everything I can to correct it. I pride myself on my customer service, and have great feedback. So please if something isn't right, and I missed it, let me know.
