Up for grabs is this UK original vinyl album by The Beatles. Entitled Songs From The Film A Hard Day's Night, it contains 13 tracks (see track listing below) and is housed in a front-laminated Ernest J. Day flipback cover and tracing paper-lined Emitex inner sleeve. On the black and yellow Parlophone label, this is a mono issue. The catalogue number is PMC 1230 and the date of issue is 1964; this copy is the first pressing (see pressing details below) with the short-lived 'chubby' text. It has black and yellow labels with "THE PARLOPHONE CO..." rim text, with "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED..." text and with "SOLD in U.K..." text (see pic).

Condition

The vinyl is only in Good Plus condition visually but both sides play through well with no jumps or sticks.

The labels are in Very Good condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing but some spindle marks and slight spindle wear.

The tracing paper-lined Emitex inner sleeve has a bit of discoluration and creasing but no splits.

The laminated flipback cover is in Very Good condition with slight edge and corner wear, and only light creasing and minor age discolouration on the back (see pics). The spine is complete with clear printing.

All my vinyl records are strictly graded according to Please check my to see a description of each grade. If any item has any writing, stickers, sticker marks, tears etc these will always be mentioned along with the grading. All records are sent in custom-made mailers, with stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits.
