A Fantastic Original 1969 UK 1st Press Vinyl - of this classic The Who album!!
Both records have some light signs of play only, they have some light sleeve removal type marks only visible when tilted into a strong light, and the odd very light scuff/scratch mark only.
Playback: plays with an occasional light crackle only. Overall both sides still plays crisp, clear and punchy. No Jumps, Pops or Sticks!!!

The overall Visual grade of this Fantastic Record is Excellent Condition!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG).
The overall Audio grade is in Excellent Condition (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL!!!).

Classic 1969 UK 1st Press Matt Black & Silver Track labels!!! All sides are in Excellent Condition, NO stickers, and NO tears!!! Has some visible spindle marks only.

Has "All Rights..." and "Made In Gt. Britain" rim text, it also has the "Double Album" printed on all sides.



Sleeve :

1969 UK 1st Pressing "Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London, W.11" Laminated Sleeve.

No Writing, light Creasing only!!! The spine is worn and damaged. There are some signs of ageing around its edges only. The rear and inside are clean and tidy.

The overall grade for this sleeve is at the very least a Good+ Condition!!! (graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards).


Comes with its Limited Edition Number 15627 Lyric Booklet.



Overall this is a Fantastic 1969 UK 1st Pressing of this The Who album!!! Rare& Hard to find in an Original UK 1st Pressing.


This record has been cleaned using a Vacuum Based Record Cleaner, and will be sent out in a Protective Plastic Slee ve.

DESCRIPTIONS: Are given in good faith, and are based on my opinion and standards. The grades I use are based on the Record Collectors Grading System. If you require any more information about an item you are bidding on then please ask before becoming involved in the auction, and Not afterwards. These terms do not in any way affect your rights under the terms of my ‘Returns Policy’, it is stated to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to both parties.

RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM:

MINT: The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and ay extra items sush as a lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obsviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and an occasional light scatch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and contents without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deterioted, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents willbe badly damaged or partly missing.

PHOTOGRAPHS: All photographs shown within this listing are of the actual item (s) offered – and are 100% genuine, and taken by myself. These photographs are not in any way tampered with, what you see is what you get. I try to get the images as realistic as possible on the listing in order to give the prospective bidder the best opportunity to evaluate the item(s); however it is possible that in some circumstances the photographs can enhance the appearance of the item(s) due to compression so please take this into account before bidding.  If you require anymore additional photographs of any of the listed items, then please get in contact and I will email them to you.

PACKING & POSTAGE: All the Vinyl’s are removed from their original covers and placed behind them for extra protection. They are then placed into a polythene sleeve for extra safety and water resistance and then secured with a card stiffener. I use Heavy Duty Mailers Specifically Designed for Vinyl Albums, which provide excellent security and protection, and I use the appropriate 'Fragile' sickers. Packing & postage prices are NOT negotiable on items dispatched individually or separately. However, if you are a similar time multiple buyer where all items purchased are being sent to the same address and they can be combined safely, you can ask for a discounted quotation before bidding. I will always try to be fair with buyers on p&p costs but if you do not want to pay the prices on the listings or quotations please do not bid. I always keep proof of posting but unless you pay for Recorded Delivery, International Signed For, Special Delivery or Full Insurance I may not be able to assist you with recovery of the item or any of the costs.

Any items that are sold for £34 or over will be charged for Recorded Delivery (Insured) as normal 1st class postage only covers items up to £34.

Where postal insurance is included it is subject to Royal Mail Standard Terms & Conditions. Quotations for other insurance or premiums to cover increased values are available on request.

PAYMENT: For Buyers WITHIN the UK: PayPal, or Pound sterling cheques / money orders, with minimum 7 days to clear before despatch.

PAYMENT: For Buyers OUTSIDE of the UK: Payments by PayPal only please.

CANCELLATION: The Seller reserves the right to cancel any bid, entirely at his discretion and without giving prior notice, in the following circumstances:

They have reason to believe that the bidder has not complied with the terms of their offer as set out on the listing.

The bidder’s feedback is of such limited quantity that it cannot be regarded as reliable.

The bidder’s feedback is of dubious quality and/or gives the seller any indication or reason to doubt the credibility of the bid.

RETURNS POLICY: If you are not happy with an item for whatever reason, then I will be happy to refund the item fully (minus postage cost), once the item has been returned to me in the condition it was sent out in. 

MY FEEDBACK POLICY: I leave feedback for buyers after they inform me that they have received the item(s) and have left me their feedback. As I have a clearly stated Returns Policy, which does not expose the buyer to any direct loss whatsoever, I see no reason for either side to indulge in negative feedback. Providing the buyer does not engage in threats, abuse or use of negative feedback I will resolve any problem in a fair and reasonable way.
