The Doors - LA Woman 12" Vinyl Album
Not sure when this pressing is from - I'll let the buyer decide. From what I've researched, there are pressings with different artwork and run outs. I've detailed below the parts that seem to have variants.
The cover has "DOORS" in white, the album title in black and the band photo in yellow and black. 
Label reads "Manufactured in the UK" and has the Doors logo.
Run out side 1 is stamped "K-42090-A1" with "C" stamped & "KD" etched near the 3 o'clock point.   Run out side 2 is etched "K-42090-B3". Etchings in other places are "W-3" AND "STRAWBERRY"
I have played the first track of each side and describe the condition as "Very Good", defined as:
"The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch"
Cover is  "Good", defined as:
"The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc."
The cover is probably closer to "Very Good" than "Good" but I prefer to grade on the cautious side
