Up for grabs is this UK original vinyl 7" demo single, in a plain sleeve, by Jay Dee. Entitled The Streets Ain't Paved With Gold, the B-side is You're Gonna Learn. On the Chapter 1 label, the catalogue number is SCH 182 and the date of issue is 1973.  

Condition

The vinyl is in Very Good Plus condition. 

The labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing and just a few spindle marks.

All my vinyl records are strictly graded according to Please check my to see a description of each grade. If any item has any writing, stickers, sticker marks, tears etc these will always be mentioned along with the grading. All records are sent in custom-made mailers, with stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. For singles without a picture sleeve, they will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
