Not sure what is it, a movie, a song? I haven't got the machine to play it!

I've tried to be as precise as possible. To be absolutely clear this is sold as seen because I haven't got a clue of what it is, it could be even empty for what I know or from another band/artist, so please only bid if you're happy to buy just a reel.
