Released in 2011.12" boxset containing a litho of the cover, an exclusive 32 page "Making of Heritage" booklet, a copy of the Gatefold 2-LP with 3-D cover and a 12" gatefold sleeve containing the CD, DVD and 7", where the 7" also comes in its own sleeve.  Outside corner of the box was damaged when I received it as was the visual damage to the 7" sleeve. The bottom outside of the box also suffered some separation in a recent move.  You can see all of that in the photos. Shipping is $8.00 to the US and $15.00 worldwide, but if you use BUY IT NOW, I will ship anywhere for free.  In the process of of selling off most of my Metal vinyl/CD collection of 40 years, so check back often.
