Matrix / Runout:
Side A:  AHS-1511-1 (etched over a 2) BellSound sf 
Side B:  AHS-1512-1 (over 3 dots) Bell Sound sf

-VINYL (PLAY TESTED):  flat & clean / some surface noise, mostly audible on the outer rim & dead wax / scuffs all over & some light scratches (NO skipping)

-COVER:  some wear, mostly around the edges / nicked on the back side of the open edge near the top corner / mild surface/ring wear / splits at both ends of the bottom, taped on the open side (the other end by the spine stays together, but is visible for about an inch)
INNER SLEEVE:  off-white with age / wrinkled / small center split at the bottom
