CONDITION  

VINYL VERY GOOD PLUS  Pretty close to Excellent - there is one  faint surface mark across the last 2 tracks on side 1 

SLEEVE VERY GOOD PLUS  Light signs of wear on edges of sleeve The metallic foil printing has some faint creases front and back- and a small closed tear on back cover bottom left corner .Tear is about 7mm but then there is a surface crease that extends for about 15mm .Not hugely noticable but as this is a rare album I appreciate condition is important -
