This record collection belonged to a friend of the family - Tex Konig (google IMDB) and they have not been touched in decades. All were well cared for and handled properly by a professional musician from back in the day. They have been in proper storage conditions and you will be the first in all these years! Payments:
PayPal is our accepted method of payment. All major credit cards can be securely processed through PayPal. Ebay rules require immediate payment when you use the Buy It Now feature. If a Best Offer is accepted, payment is required immediately within 24 hours. Otherwise the item may be re-listed and non-paying bidder claim filed, it’s only fair to other potential buyers and ‘watchers’.
For auction style listings, payment must be received within 48 hours of Auction End (unless there is Prior agreement between the buyer and seller). Otherwise the item may be re-listed and non-paying bidder claim filed, it’s only fair to other potential buyers and ‘watchers’.
Combined Shipping:
If you are buying one item, hit the Buy It Now.
There are some items that cannot be combined in one package (imagine a bowling ball and a picture frame!). However, if they can be safely combined, then it would be my pleasure, we’re not trying to make money on shipping.
When purchasing multiple items for combined shipping, please do not hit the Buy It Now. Instead, add them to your shopping cart first. From the shopping cart you can hit the commit to buy and request invoice.
No one else will be able to buy them but you. I will receive the request and send an adjusted invoice back to you (sometimes with free shipping on quantity!). You can then click the payment button on the single invoice I send to you. You must add the items to your shopping cart before you make any payments or click any of the Buy It Now buttons. I will not be able to undo individual shipping if the above procedure is ignored. Payment is required within 24 hours.
Shipping:
We can only ship to the address noted by PayPal/eBay. If you would like this changed you must do so on your side with PayPal/eBay before making payment. Tracking information will be uploaded to eBay on the day shipped (within 24-48 of cleared payment). Priority Mail is the best method for most of what we ship. It is sometimes a little bit more expensive but it allows us to confidently guarantee delivery or full refund. It is the most reliable in our experience in terms of both tracking and damage security. Media mail is extremely slow (sometimes up to 3 weeks!) and tracking information is often not updated until it arrives at its destination. This complicates finding lost packages and or filing damage claims. All items are packed well and insured.
Shipping Costs:
Priority Mail and any additional expenses (referred to as ‘Handling Costs’) are real, such as packing tape, packing materials (bubble wrap, foam, paper, etc.). We are not here to make a buck off our fellow eBay members with shipping fees. We are not a commercial enterprise who buys and stores these materials in large bulk quantities and have a shipping department.
We are what eBay started out as, regular people who have a job and enjoy buying and selling personal collectible items which are often one of a kind or hard to find/not available new anymore.
Descriptions & Returns: The items are described to the best of our ability and we use our photographs as a very important part of the description (as per eBay’s recommendation). There are no returns on original or production art or books and paper media due to past experiences with folks who bought only to make a copy or scan and then return under false pretense. However, if anything else, or if there was an error of any kind, we will certainly work out a satisfactory solution. Communication is key, just let us know of any issues there may be.
