     NLS Liquidation strives to offer the absolute best products at the best pricing for our customers. We source our inventory from some of the largest and most trusted retailers in the country. We work hard to test and refurbish all used items and accurately list and describe the items that you will be receiving.

      Unfortunately, there are times that our testing misses an issue that we are not able to foresee. Please send us a message if you have any questions, comments, or concerns with your purchase BEFORE opening a case or a return for your item. We will do anything in our power to correct any issue to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

      If we are unable to resolve the issue, we offer Free Returns within 30 days as long as the item is returned in the same condition, accessories, paperwork, and packaging that it was shipped to you. Items will be inspected upon return before any refund is issued. If the item cannot be returned in the same condition, please contact us before shipping as we might be able to still offer you a partial refund.
