We are no longer entertaining the bait and switch crowd. This means we have taken the steps necessary to protect ourselves from such negligent transactions. Products that are factory sealed will be sent out untouched, and pictures will show the exact item in question. For all products that are new, but there packaging may have been damaged, we will be opening these items to make sure all parts are included and detailed pictures will be included of all parts. Although our workplace is smoke-free, most of our items are salvage, returns, or overstock therefore we can not guarantee that they have come from a smoke-free environment.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, all major credit cards are gladly accepted through PayPal as the payment processor. PayPal offers great buyer and seller protection. Your order will be processed pending receipt of cleared payment through PayPal. Sales tax may be charged depending on your location.

 

Shipping

 

We provide fast shipping. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. For select items, we ship internationally through eBay’s  Global Shipping Program. We do ship most of our smaller items internationally using eBay’s Global Shipping Program. If ordering electrical items outside of the U.S., please note that they will come equipped with a standard U.S. voltage plugs. You will need a suitable adapter to use the item in your country. Certain restrictions apply. You will be notified via eBay messages as soon as your items ship. Special Notice for Freight Items: If an item ships via Freight (Truck) Delivery, a valid phone number will be required so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The item may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event that damaged is observed, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the Freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises. Please make sure that eBay has your correct shipping address. We only ship to the confirmed address eBay provides.

 

 

Returns

 

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply). Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution. Items that are sold sealed in manufacture's packaging must remain sealed for a full refund to be granted on returns.

 

ATTENTION: ORDER CANCELLATIONS - If you have purchased an item by mistake you must submit an order cancellation request within one hour of purchase. There is no guarantee we will see it.

Return Policy: We will work with you if you are honest and do not open returns for the wrong reason. If the item is marked No returns it is ineligible for return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping in most cases. If we provide “FREE” shipping our cost on shipping will be deducted from the refund, approx. $2.50-$15.00.  New item returns must be in original packaging unused and in NEW condition. We suggest you thoroughly view the item. Read the full description and view all photos prior to purchase. If you are unsure or pictures are unclear, please request more photos and we will send them to you.  Personal hygiene items cannot be returned if opened for health reasons.  If you truly are unhappy with an item for whatever reason even if you just don’t like it as much as you thought, you would we will work with you. Online purchasing can be difficult because you don’t get to touch and feel the item. When you open a return case with eBay just be honest or choose “change of mind” as the reason. You pay the return shipping we will cover the original shipping and everything will be fine. If, however you open a return for false reasons we will not be so willing to help and we will charge a restocking fee along with deducting the full original shipping cost. As long as we get the same item we sent back in the same condition and we can re-sell it there will be no issues. Please do not open returns under “item not described correctly” or other false reasons. This hurts our account and we will not be so willing to accept returns. You agree to this return policy by making a purchase. ALL of our items are marked and archived with all serial numbers and other identifying features. If you plan on returning anything other than what we sent you, we will open a case with eBay and have you suspended for fraud. Please do not tamper with our open electronics or tools. Thank you. If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, we will be unable to cancel.
