Very rare UK 2nd pressing. Gatefold cover with a slight texture finish, band members and production credits all in capital letters throughout. Ozzy Osbourne's name misspelled as "OSSIE OSBORNE". Side A stamped (VO 6 1Y * 1 420 12 12 ) Variant 1 Side A. Side B stamped (VO 6 2Y * 1 420 12 9 ) Variant 2 Side B.
Inner sleeve has the Vertigo spiral which combines with Vertigo spiral on Side A of the vinyl to produce an optical illusion.
