USA - TAKRL 1929
RARE...sought after Original 1974 first pressing with double sided orange "slick" covers on the legendary Kornyphone label of choice....of a 'rare' 1970 MOTHERS gig featuring Frank Zappa, Mark Volman, Howard Kaylan, Jeff Simmons, Aynsley Dunbar, Ian Underwood and George Duke ...
The
original copies (as this one being offered) were issued with color slicks on white cardboard covers. The front cover is
based on the Cal Shenkel poster for the 1971 Pauley Pavilion concert,
and (misleadingly) says "El Monte Legion Stadium 1971". This album is the
original release from 1974.

CONDITION: The cover: rated: "EX" (excellent) contains both front and back original color custom designed art slicks which were originally taped by manufacturer to all 4 corners. the small pieces of once clear cellophane tape have discolored, the original art slicks have not faded and appear exactly as they were in 1974. The art slicks, front and back are in perfect order with no bends or tears as pictured. The white backing cover is still very white-clean and visually only slight past handling, nothing to report top copy with no bends in the fragile front & back slicks...no
split seams, no problems...been well preserved over many years...
The vinyl:
Rated: M- remains very clean, expect the disc to play as it did when first released 45 years ago. Both Kornyphone labels
are very clean
